For the company MUEHLBAUER GROUP, factory named Muehlbauer Automation was built for the production of advanced machines for the development of new technologies, as well as the production of machines for the production of biometric documents. The facility was built according to strict world standards, as well as the standards of the Muehlbauer Group company, which are used in advanced productions. The building has an area of12.000 m2, it is built on 3 floors with special working loads. The project was implemented according to the "turn-key" principle, where the company Građevinar was the General Contractor responsible for the implementation of architectural-civil engineering works, works on electrical installations, as well as works on mechanical installations, together with the entire procurement of all necessary materials and equipment. The construction of the facility started in November 2024, and the planned completion is in August 2025.
