Project description
A business complex was built for Treća Petoletka d.o.o., which consists of a production and distribution facility and a car center with accompanying facilities. The project was realized according to the "turnkey" model, and the company Građevinar was engaged as the general contractor of the project, which thus assumed full responsibility from design and construction, until handing over the keys.
The area of the project is 22,500m². It was built in accordance with the specific requirements of the Third Five-Year Plan company and standards. Construction began in December 2024, and completion of the works is planned for December 2025.
